Pan fry: Heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan to between a medium and high heat. Remove the sausage slices from the pack and fry for 5 – 6 minutes, turning as required.
Square is fully cooked when internal temperature is 75°C, piping hot throughout.
