Ridiculously delicious, smoky-sweet Seitan morsels that cook just like lardons or pancetta cubes. Sizzle over a high heat for a crispy outside and soft interior. We love these scattered over al dente pasta (and frankly, scoffed by the handful).

To Fry: Add a little oil to the pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side on a medium heat until crisp and golden brown
To Grill: Pre-heat grill to a medium heat and cook for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally until crisp and golden.
Smokie is fully cooked when internal temperature is 75°C, piping hot throughout.
